The Story

The flower that bows

The fritillary has one particular trait: its flower does not face the sky, it bows toward the ground. Chute de Gogane starts from that movement. The flower, in sterling silver (925), hangs from a fine chain that adjusts to let it fall higher or lower. Wear it alone or as a pair.

The movement

In spring, in the flood meadows of the Loire, the fritillary carries its bell with its head bowed, at the tip of a stem so slender that it moves with the slightest breath of wind.

Chute de Gogane takes up that silhouette. The silver flower is suspended rather than fixed: it follows every turn of the head instead of staying still against the ear, like the flower swaying in the grass.

The flower hangs from a fine chain that adjusts. Depending on the setting, it stays close to the lobe or falls lower along the neck. It is the wearer, not the jewel, who decides how far it falls.

The same piece can therefore go from a working day to an evening: only the length changes, while the flower stays the same.

One or two

Individually or as a pair

Chute de Gogane is offered individually or as a pair. Worn alone, it creates a quiet asymmetry; as a pair, it frames the face. You can also start with one earring and add the second later.

In sterling silver (925), it is made by hand in our Saumur workshop. Silver oxidizes naturally: a wipe with a chamois and separate storage in a pouch keep its shine.

We wanted an earring that follows the flower's own movement: it bows, it falls, it never stays still.

Each piece is made by hand in our workshop in Saumur after you order. Allow 5 weeks for delivery in France and 7 weeks for international delivery, from the date of your order.

Can I cancel my order or exchange a piece?

Yes. You have 30 days from receipt of your piece to cancel your order or exchange it, under the terms set out in articles 3 and 17 of our terms of sale.

What warranty covers my jewelry?

Our jewelry is covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, as well as the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions set out in our terms of sale.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes: we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the European Union. The price shown includes taxes and, outside the European Union, import duties.
