In France, it is shipped by La Poste with declared value, to the address given at checkout or the pickup point of your choice, within 5 weeks of your order, making time included; for international delivery, allow 7 weeks. As soon as it ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. For any question about delivery outside France, write to us.

The emblem, to wear
The Gogane necklace carries the flower that gave the house its emblem. The design is deliberately simple: the silhouette of the fritillary, in 18k yellow, white or rose gold, at the end of a chain. A piece to wear alone or layered with other chains. It also comes in sterling silver (925), in the Silver Essentials collection.

How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made by hand in our workshop in Saumur after you order. Allow 5 weeks for delivery in France and 7 weeks for international delivery, from the date of your order.
Can I cancel my order or exchange a piece?
Yes. You have 30 days from receipt of your piece to cancel your order or exchange it, under the terms set out in articles 3 and 17 of our terms of sale.
What warranty covers my jewelry?
Our jewelry is covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, as well as the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions set out in our terms of sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes: we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the European Union. The price shown includes taxes and, outside the European Union, import duties.
